Hart of Dixie actress, Rachel Bilson has revealed how she auditioned to be in the 2010 American computer animated musical fantasy comedy film Tangled. Rachel admitted that she made a fool of herself as she tried to compliment the people in the room.
Bilson explained, “I sang Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen, and I went in before Mandy Moore. I was totally mortified. It was just me and her and her husband, Ryan Adams, who is an amazing musician. I was like, ‘Hi. You can really sing.’ I felt like such an a**.”
The part that Rachel Bilson was hoping to get in Tangled ended up going to Mandy Moore, who voiced Rapunzel in the movie. Rachel Bilson is set to appear alongside Connie Britton, Aubrey Plaza and Alia Shawkat in The To Do List, which is released on July 1, 2012.
