British actor Kunal Nayyar, who plays Indian astrophysicist Rajesh Koothrappali in the hit CBS comedy series The Big Bang Theory, has been talking about the relationships of the characters on the show. Kunal teased that there is unlikely to be any real happy endings for any of the characters, including newlyweds Howard and Bernadette.

Speaking at the Golden Globe Awards, where the show was up for Best Musical/Comedy, Nayyar explained, “You can expect more of the same - Raj never finding love, Howard and Bernadette trying to figure out their relationship and Sheldon maybe pushing his physical boundaries with Amy. We'll see.”
Kunal also talked about the joy of being up for an award, “It really is wonderful. It's a dream come true because you dream about these things when you're young and then they happen to you. You're here, surrounded by stars and you're one of them, and it's mind-blowing,” he added. Unfortunately, The Big Bang Theory missed out on the award.

As well as Kunal Nayyar, The Big Bang Theory also stars Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Melissa Rauch and Mayim Bialik. The Big Bang Theory Season Six continues on Thursday nights on CBS.
