We reported last month, that Clint Eastwood was set to come out of acting retirement for one last role. Now, it has been reported that Man of Steel actress, Amy Adams has been offered the role of Clint Eastwood’s daughter in the Baseball movie Trouble with the Curve.
Trouble with the Curve centres around an aging Baseball scout, who goes on one last road trip in search of the next great talent. He takes his daughter along with him, who helps him on his quest, as his diminishing eyesight is only getting worse and she is the only person he truly trusts.
It is believed that Sandra Bullock has already turned down the role and if Amy Adams rejects then Reese Witherspoon will be next on the list. Clint Eastwood’s long time producing partner, Robert Lorenz is set to direct the movie, which is expected to be released in 2012.
